Kinder
1st Grade
2nd Grade
Kinders begin the year
learning how to follow
directions and participate
in the academic classroom.
We'll begin with Core
Knowledge nursery
rhymes and playing games
in groups. They will have fun
learning simple routines for successful learning!
In first grade, we'll continue
learning what we started in
kindergarten. We begin by reviewing daily routines and expectations through games, writing responses, and nursery rhymes from our Core Knowledge!
Second graders will quickly move into learning about Ancient India after a short review of routines and expectations. We will get a lot of practice with writing responses and public speaking!
